What is Reiki?
Reiki is a journey to discovering your 'True Self' and facilitating hands on healing is a small but beautiful part of that.
It is a spiritual practise which allows you to embody different healing energies that we all have within us and allow another to take what they need in that moment. It can promote relaxation, allowing the body to heal and repair in the way it innately knows how to do. It is a way of life and a way of being. It is my dream for as many people as possible to learn about and BE Reiki.
During the Indian Head Massage I will work on your shoulders, neck, head and face, releasing any tension and promoting lymphatic drainage and blood circulation. Most of my clients find it so relaxing that they fall asleep, so this is the perfect wind down treatment.
Book this alone or ideally in combination with a Reiki treatment as this encourages you to be in your most open state to take what you need from the Reiki healing. Finishing with a short guided mediation journey to bring you back into the room, feeling relaxed and rested.
Self care is the strongest foundation you can put in place for every other aspect of your life to flourish, so treat yourself today!

I feel very passionate about helping people realise the amazing potential they have to self regulate and to heal. I'm a strong advocate for mindfulness and mediation and pretty much all things holistic, whilst being very grateful for the medical care we have in the UK. Being a mum and a business owner leaves little time for much else but I have created 'Be Reiki with Lianne' as my outlet to help others in the way I know I can. Also, because I just love spending as much time as I can in a Reiki healing space!
I also really enjoy offering Indian Head Massage as a beautiful treat for my clients, I get a real buzz when I can send them to sleep which is most of the time!
I only have one appointment available per working day so each client has my full focus.
